Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In an event, if you are displeased with the products provided, we would be happy to offer you in-store credits of upto 90% of Purchased product value, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the products you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our products, consumers have the liberty to cancel their transactions and request a in-store Purchase credit from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

All cancellation request of Orders to be raised within five (5) calendar days from the date of product purchase. Any cancellation request received post five (5) calendar days will be entertained on case-to-case basis.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide an In-Store credits (Gift Cards) to be used across Online and Offline store.
In case the customer is looking for a Payment refund, upto 50% of the Payment will be refunded back to Customer post receiving the product back without any noticed damage and usage signs. The Payment refunds will be issued to the Original payment methods only.
Return Policy
Considering the hygenicity of the products for our customers, we do not encourage product returns on our store - unless the product is damaged when received. Customers are expected to share the damaged product Invoice copy and damaged product pictures with us through email on trivenijewels@outlook.com. On receiving the same, we shall review the request and may initiate a refund or replacement of the product on our discreation. We should be able to take decision on the same within 24 hours of receiving the details.
